- Full Hookup, includes cable: $73.00+tax
- Power/Water Includes cable: $68.00+tax
- Extra Person in RV, 18 & over: $10.29+tax
- 5 to 17: $7.20+tax
One Tent per Tent Site, 1-2 persons
- Tent Site: $50.00+tax
- Extra Adult on Tent Site: $25.00+tax
- 5 to 17: $7.20+tax
Additional Charges:
- Pets, per night: $1.00+tax
- Visitor Pass, 2 persons per car: $7.00
- 50 amp per night: $6.15
- Booking fee for cancellation: $15.00
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made MORE than 10 days prior to the date of check in will receive a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made LESS than 10 days prior to the date of check in will be charged a $70 cancellation fee and remaining balance will be refunded.
- No refunds will be given for no shows.
UNLESS THE RESERVATION IS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
For Major Holidays and Special Events,
Cancellation refund, less booking fee, with 20 days prior to Arrival Date.
No Refund if canceled within 20 days of Arrival Date.

The price listed is the price you pay, with no hidden fees. All mandatory fees are now built into the listed price, ensuring there are no surprises at checkout.
